Rule 2 or choose the right time.

Two points are implied: a learning schedule and time of the year. The schedule depends on your employment and only you decide whether to study every day or on weekends. In the summer it is a little easier to learn to drive: cleaner, fewer cars, but, after learning in winter, you can be guaranteed to drive along the snow road, and you will not wait for spring.
