It is worth mentioning right away that the use of this type of foundation for houses erected on weak ground, as well as with heavy walls, is very inappropriate. To achieve stability of the pillars on mobile soil and prevent their tipping over, weighted grillage from reinforced concrete is used, since it is it that can provide the required force with the fixation of the pillars. When using such structures of the foundation base, difficulties with the construction of the basement may arise.
