1. In the first months, you do not need to eat vegetables and fruits of bright color: apples, carrots, radish, pumpkin, persimmon. Some pediatricians advise not to exclude the use of these products at all (because they contain a lot of vitamins), but still eat, but in small quantities and with breaks of 2-3 hours for each type of vegetables and fruits. But exotic fruits are better not to indulge.
