Onions and carrots

Sea 700 g,

Fig. 500 g,

1 -2 carrots,

1 large onion,

Salt and spices. You can use ready -made spices for fish.

Boil the rice until half -cooked, then throw it on a colander. Fry finely chopped onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Put the rice, on top of onions, carrots and pieces of fish on a pan, greased with oil, pour all this with water (about half a glass). Put the pan in the oven for 20 minutes (at a temperature of 200C), then remove and mix the contents. Everything, the dish is ready, you can serve on the table!
