Believe me, breathing yoga is able to replace all the author’s breathing methods, as it includes a huge number of pranays in its teaching. The fact is that the strength and energy of the universe is based on prana. Prana is cosmic energy that exists in the air. In the human body, prana passes through all the nerve centers, transforming into a huge vitality. Thanks to the proper breathing on which the respiratory yoga is based, a person accumulates a sufficient amount of prana in his nerve centers, getting the opportunity to use it if necessary. So, Pranayama is a conscious habit of constantly monitoring its prana and manage it by regulating and concentrating breathing.
