In 2010, new fuel efficiency standards were introduced for Mark X. The car works on gasoline. Mark X exceeds Japanese standards for the efficiency of fuel use. Efforts to increase the efficiency of fuel use and reduce CO2 emissions resulted in the following-for a 2.5-liter all-wheel drive model, the consumption is 13 liters, and a 3.5-liter all-wheel drive model-10 liters. Toyota also claims that the level of CO2 emissions for Mark X is 75 percent lower than it was in 2005.
