Rules for creating a frame from profiles for drywall
Most often, a guide or ceiling profile is used for this purpose. First you need to screw the guide profile along the contour of the adjustment of the arch. The profile is screwed directly using self -tapping screws or (6 mm.) dowels. To all this I would like to pay attention to the fact that it is necessary that from the wall to the edge of the guide profile there is a distance equal to thickness of drywall, which is about 12 millimeters from both sides. Today, not everyone has quick money and therefore to save better to make an arch at home from drywall. After that, it is necessary to draw a line on drywall, which will correspond to the future arch. We cut out two such blanks, but it is worth noting that the height of these blanks on both sides may differ from each other, but as for the radius, it should be the same.
