Sleep tiles are of different sizes and different configurations. Among different ways of laying the shale coating, German and English stand out. In English laying, the tiles are laid in horizontal rows using a rectangular tile. According to the German method, the shale tile is exposed in circular ascending rows, in such a way as to most protect the roof from blowing the wind under the layers of the tile.
