As an innovation, it should be noted that in the warehouses of cement arranged at US hydrochlows, recently, dusting devices designed to clean from cement dust remote from silos during pneumatic loading of cement have begun to use. Earlier, in the warehouses of the cement of hydrostation, instead of a suction system and filters, primitive cyclones were usually installed, which did not provide sufficient capture of the particles of cement carried away by air. When filling the silage, more than 3/4 of the remaining space was not enough to quickly deploy cement, and a significant part of it was carried through the cyclone into the atmosphere. To reduce losses, it was necessary to load the silos completely, which reduced the useful capacity of the warehouse. Thanks to the use of dusting devices, this drawback is eliminated. Dust capacity lengths are currently widely used by cloth sleeve filters.
