The cheapest way is to replace rotten logs with new. To do this, you need to raise the house to the jacks, then cut the rotten logs and pull them out. Now put new logs down and lower the house. Old rotten logs are removed, and instead of them now new. But this method is short -lived, it is much more reliable to put the house on a brick foundation. Such a foundation, unlike wooden, will not rot and will last a very long time. So, you need to raise or disassemble the house. Then remove all rotten logs and dig out ditches with a depth of half a meter in the place of the future foundation (around the whole house). Now you need to fill this ditch with a solution.
