When everything has dried
It is reliably fixed with a cement mortar. When everything has dried up, you can install a new toilet, it is placed on the board and the fasteners are marked with a pencil. In the marked places, the holes are drilled less than the diameter of the screw. The toilet is mounted on the board with screws.
