BMW 328 models have been produced from 1937 to 1940, and BMW 326 and 327 from the end of 1936 to 1941. BMW 326 was too often copied and was produced in an amount of up to 500 copies in East Germany under the EMW brand until the mid-50s, with a rude bumper and some other low-term alterations.
