Harm the tree
It’s all about special impregnations. Brus and logs for building a house are processed at the manufacturing stage. But most often this is not enough. The tree must be treated after erecting the house by spraying or applying a brush. The better the tree will be saturated, the less pests will settle in it and harm the tree.
