The assembly and installation of equipment, structures and pipelines of the boiler room was performed by 14 gestroy of 53 specialized brigades.

Multiple installation of the same blocks of components and assemblies, the performance of the same operations contributed to the acquisition of skills, and prevented the repetition of errors. The effect of repeatability ensured the high quality of the work performed and the consistent decrease in labor costs from the first to the last mounting unit. On the installation of building structures of the main building and equipment of power units, working brigades, masters and foremen began to work without drawings, from memory.
