Repair of non -residential premises today can be carried out according to two systems: cosmetic repairs and capital. Overhaul is necessary if:

— it is planned to use the room for completely different needs, and therefore it requires its reorganization.- the design is already almost completely worn or outdated as a result of a long period of use.- there is a need to divide the space into several small office premises.
