The energy received is also spent quickly, for a long time it will not be enough. Simple carbohydrates are sugar, fruits, lactose. Complex carbohydrates saturate the body more slowly, but there is enough energy for a long time. These include cereals, vegetables, some flour products, for example, bread or spaghetti. For weight loss, you need to transfer any carbohydrates for breakfast, only vegetables are allowed in the evening.
