Relative humidity is measured in chemical methods, electronic. The permissible humidity of the screed depends on the composition. Cement is not higher than one and a half percent, on a plaster -based gypsum basis — three tenths of percent. And it is with such parameters that the screed is designed for the «additive» parquet.
