The dirty surface does not guarantee the necessary adhesion of the paint with the base. For washing it is best to use a dishes for washing, rather than ordinary soap, so the additives contained in soap will not leave traces on the harvesting of the body. If you have two tasks: paint the body and do all the necessary mechanical work, do everything gradually, giving the paint the ability to dry so as not to damage its freshly laid out layer.
