It is quite possible to cope with stress at work if you distract yourself from the problem for a while, changing your activity, or simply, closing your eyes, slowly take 10 deep breaths and exhalations, relaxing the muscle system as much as possible. It is advisable to surround your workplace with green and flowering plants, as far as the working environment allows.
