Cement level in bunkers

For storage of cement, only inventory metal silos with a diameter of 8.2-9.1 m is used. The capacity of such silos, depending on the height, ranges from 835 to 1020 t. Typically, in the construction of modern hydroelectric power plants in the United States, one or two silage is mounted: one for cement, the other (usually smaller capacity) for a puzzolanic additive. In larger warehouses for storing cement, a slightly larger amount of silos is taken. On the construction of Glen-Canyon, for example, a warehouse was mounted, consisting of seven silos with a total capacity of 11900 tons.
