200 g on onions
Method of preparation:
Rinse and blanch in boiling water for at least 2 minutes, then finely chop. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion. Grated carrots must be saved for 3 minutes in vegetable oil. Mix onion, nettle and carrots.
