Q7 was the first Audi model, where Side Assist offers to control the blind area and reduces the risks associated with it. Also, despite the large number of air pillows, Q7 received only 4 of 5 stars in the protection of adult passengers in the Crash tests of Euro NCAP. According to Audi, the reason for this is a miscalculation of designers.
