Not everyone is decided
Living with a large family in a small apartment, you have the right to redevelop one, to live in which it will be much more convenient for you. You can always expand some room due to a wide corridor or too big a bathroom. You can find a way out of any situation, come up with how everyone can expand your personal space, but not everyone is decided to arrange everything by law. People prefer peacefully and quietly to make repairs, without thinking about what consequences can follow this. After some time, it may happen that you will have to sell your apartment in order to purchase something more for your family. Then problems will appear. When selling an apartment in the documents, the redevelopment is not indicated, which means that when transferring property to the new owner, this may notice this. If you do not want to pay money for this or for a long time and painfully bother with documents, you can agree in the new owner and, for example, sell the apartment a little cheaper so that he himself can arrange all the papers in the future. But it is best to provide for this and arrange everything before resting the walls.
