Performing this exercise, you should inhale and exhale smoothly — one movement goes into another without delay and breaks. To make it clearer, imagine that you look at yourself from the side: the full breath of the yogis passes a wave down from the collarbone, and then up from the abdomen. You must certainly learn this exercise, because it is based on breathing yoga. Moreover, when performing asanas, you must breathe correctly.
