If the old toilet is attached to the concrete floor with the help of plastic inserts and screws, then you can attach a new toilet to these liners. This can only be done if the fasteners of the new toilet coincide with the old. If they do not coincide, then they should be replaced, and in the concrete floor and drill holes in the right place. Now inserts are inserted into the holes and a thin layer of cement is applied on top. The toilet is fixed to the floor with screws.
