After removing old concrete slabs on the ground, a layer of brick crushed stone was laid, which was compacted with a rink. On top of the crushed stone, a degree layer with acid -resistant filler was laid out, which made it possible to obtain a high density of the mixture. Given the fact that there are cars in the garages, instead of concrete plates, the floor was coated with bitumen asphalt with a waterproofing layer of cement and sand to prevent groundwater from entering garages located in the basement of the building. The walls of the garages were cleaned of dirt and covered with soundproofing boots made of mineral wool, which significantly reduced the noise level from working engines.
